This is the reason why we ask all new customers to complete a full Training Needs Analysis with us, in order for us to design training which is as service-specific as possible.

While we believe we are unique in meeting customer needs as an outsourced provider, we fully recognise that training delivered on an in-house basis may be the best way for a service to meet its own specific training needs.
